paid up membership fees and a certified copy of ID and LSA indemnity form.

Examinations: (not included in Membership fees)

Fees are subject to change by LSA. Every Member is advised to do their

LEVEL 1 / JLA / LA or upgrade exam as soon as possible.

• Nipper Upgrades/2nd Attempt – NO BOOK – R270.00

• Junior Life Guard Award - Exam (JLA 14-15yrs / LA 16yrs) – R740.00

* Training *

Training takes place twice a week at the beach from the

beginning of the fourth term school to the end of the

first term or after Nipper Nationals.

Fridays

– 17h00 to 18h00

ONLY when communicated via WhatsApp by the respective group coach.

Sundays

– 11h00 to 12h00 – Starfish/Micros
– 10h45 to 13h00 – Nippers
– 10h45 to 13h00 – Juniors/ Seniors / Masters

During this time the coach oversees the children.

Any time outside of this is deemed as free time

and the children are under the supervision of their parents.

Please ensure that the children have warm clothing to change

into after training.
